Professionally speaking I’m a trained Heilpraktiker – which is German and is probably best translated as holistic healing practitioner or naturopathic practitioner. For the work I’m offering here, the terms somatic coach and spiritual mentor are a better fit though. I would also consider myself to be a yogi (both on & off the matt of course!), a writer, and an artist. At the core of my heart, I am a Mystic.

Okay, let’s put a few names and titles onto Felix!

So, what exactly do I do in my work?

As a somatic coach and mystic I create safe and sacred containers in which people can experience and explore both their human and their holy aspects. Their shadow and their light, their higher & their lower self, their resourced & their wounded parts – if you will. I’m all about the integration of our full spectrum human experience.

To put it in more precise terms: My work is devoted to helping people (mostly oracularily gifted women) restore safety within themselves, gain clarity, and take embodied action towards their higher purpose and God-led destiny.

Bridging the mystical and the practical, the mind & the body, the masculine & the feminine, the holy & the human… that’s what truly excites me. That’s also the reason for why I created The Holy Human Podcast! “A podcast for those who live to bridge worlds.”

I’m deeply attuned to the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit, weaving my professional background in somatics, a trauma-informed approach, polyvagal theory and parts work with an intuitive, energetic, mystical and presence-based approach to serve my clients.

Who am I? And what do I do? For a long time it’s actually been quite difficult for me to put into words who I am and what it is that I do. You probably know that feeling. So, how about an ode to the nameless? To the ones who are willing to repeatedly surrender themselves into the ever-present currents of transformation. To those who let themselves be reforged and reborn by the fires of life, over & over again. Cheers to ya’ll.

It grounded me, gave me direction, structure and most importantly a purpose to live for. More than a year went by and I somewhat learnt to live with the symptoms of my trauma – such as constant anxiety, regular panic attacks and a broken self-trust. Mid 2022 an incredibly beautiful job offer popped into my life. Certainly god-sent. A part time job as a chiropractic assistent. Which, in a way, saved my life and helped me greatly in restoring my self-trust and just simply living as an functional human in this world. It provided safety and gave me enough space to focus on my studies for the Heilpraktiker training; and it offered many wonderful opportunities in regards to healing and expansion. A karma-free experience, so to speak.

At the end of 2022 I felt so strengthened and alive again that I re-launched my business as a holistic transformational coach. And I also got trained in two hypnosis modalities (QHHT & BQH). Along the way, through a client, I eventually stumbled upon Verena König’s work as a trauma-expert and her trauma-sensitive Neuro-Systemic-Integration training. I’ve heard about somatics, polyvagal theory & the nervous system before but this was when I finally decided to dive deeper. And it turned out to be t h e missing piece for me. Years before, I figured out that embodiment is a foundational component to the path of wholeness and liberation. What I didn’t know is that there’s a whole science out there providing a map and very practical tools for coming into deeper relationship with your body – which also happens to line up so beautifully with the mystical and intuitive component of the work I was offering before. So here I am now, weaving the fruits of my journey into an offer to the world – to you.

So let’s start right after school. I was around 19. I finished my A-Levels, wanted to study medicine but wasn’t accepted at University, so I decided to become a medical assistant and study later on. One year into my training, in summer 2016, I got hit by a profound spiritual awakening. On a side note: I grew up listening to Eckhart Tolle and my personality always had a mild spiritual and strong philosophical touch. After this experience though, I was never the same. My whole life shifted. Initially, I was very fascinated by astral projection, out of body experiences and lucid dreaming. I then started sharing my journey on Social Media, became a spiritual influencer, started traveling, went to all sorts of spiritual retreats, from a Vipassana meditation retreat, to a plant medicine retreat, to a dark retreat and countless more. Let’s just say I hopped on the “spiritual tour bus” and went for a whole ride.

I also became a certified Reiki master and a life coach and started my own online business as an energy healer and digital artist, totally flying by the seat of my intuition. Further down the road, I eventually became acquainted with the darker aspects of the spirituality and the distortions of the new age community. I learnt many lessons and sharpened my discernment. In 2021 I was more or less forced, in light of a traumatic incident, to drop my spiritual persona. It’s been the most challenging time in my life so far, in which I had to come face to face with what it means to experience PTSD. The abyssal feelings that accompany trauma left me feeling naked and helpless. There was nowhere to turn but to God – which, as terrifying as it was, became my greatest resource. I started cultivating a very intimate relationship with God. Another most important resources at that time was the decision I took to become a Heilpraktiker (holistic healing practitioner).

There’s been many teachers & mentors I’ve come across on my path for whom I’m deeply grateful. Here, I want to mention those who are dearest to my heart and most prominent in regards to my current evolution.
